1. About these terms
These terms apply to every order placed with Equine Relief through this website. By placing an order you confirm that you accept these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Shipping & Returns Policy.
2. The product
Equine Relief Skin & Coat Wellness Spray is supplied in a 1 litre spray bottle. It is a topical skin and coat care product for horses. It is not a veterinary medicine and does not replace veterinary advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult your veterinarian for serious wounds, persistent conditions or if you are unsure.
3. Prices and VAT
All prices displayed on this website are in South African Rand and include 15% VAT. VAT is never added again at checkout. Courier delivery fees are shown separately before payment. Prices may change at any time, but the price shown when you pay is the price you pay.
4. Orders and stock
An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully verified. Orders are subject to available stock. If we cannot fulfil an order we will contact you and refund you in full.
5. Payment
Payments are processed securely by our payment provider on a hosted payment page. Equine Relief never receives or stores your card number, CVV or any other card details.
6. Delivery and collection
We deliver nationwide by courier from Somerset West, Western Cape. Free collection is available in Somerset West by prior arrangement; collection details are supplied to you after your order is confirmed. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
7. Use of the product
Use only as directed on the label. Store below 30°C, do not freeze and keep out of direct sunlight. Equine Relief is not liable for loss or damage arising from misuse or use contrary to the label instructions.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa and are subject to the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008, where applicable.
